This was a replacemenr part for my orginal frother which stopped working. I really appreciate how easy the process was. The only problem is that it doesnt feel as sturdy as my original. Mine was a matte outer shell that felt more sutrdy. However, I was sent a shiny plastic shell that feels more flimsy.

I can’t live my life without this frother! I’ve had so many issues with other brands and was hesitant to purchase yet another frother, but I’m glad I gave it one more shot with Zulay. No spillage, makes beautiful foam, mixes quickly, and the slim design doesn’t clog up any of my counter space.
I also have to give a major shout out to Zulay’s customer service; I had an issue and emailed them for some troubleshooting tips and they just replaced it for free, with a little gift included! It was the easiest and quickest customer service interaction I’ve ever had in my 36 years of life. They definitely gained a happy and loyal customer!

I bought this item back in 2020 and it was exactly what I wanted: cute, functional and streamlined. I was curious about whether it was *really* a "lifetime" warranty, but I got to find out when my 2020 unit stopped working a couple of months ago. I didn't hold out much hope when I reached out, given how long it had been since my purchase, but amazingly enough, customer service (in chat and email) jumped RIGHT onto a replacement, which I had less than a week later - and it's even better than the original! Really impressed with Zulay's commitment to doing the right thing. Two thumbs up.

I am completely impressed with this company. I received a Zulay Frother as a gift and it was broken. Of course I did not have a receipt or order number, so I reached out directly to the company to ask how I can go about figuring out if mine was broken for good, or if they had suggestions as how to fix it. They responded quickly and professionally. They actually offered to replace the entire product. I did not expect that AT ALL… I received my new Frother quickly after that l, and I have used it everyday since! This product works SO good! I have used it to froth milk/creamer for coffee, to mix protein powder, to combine water flavors and so much more! I completely recommend this company and this product!

This is my second venture with the Zulay Milk, frother. My original unit lasted quite some time before the motor started to eventually seize up and then no longer work at all. I contacted Zula, and after multiple attempts to get a hold of them, he did respond quite courteously and offered me a replacement model free of charge… The only catch was I had to pay shipping For the new unit. Which I volunteered to do, however the shipping just about arrival to cost of a new unit minus a few cents but I figured what the heck. Zulay was courteous enough to include as a bonus, a second mini frother Unit with the order which was great customer service I thought. Unfortunately the second unit after using it several days has started to exhibit intermittent performance i.e. sometimes I press the button and I get about half the RPMs if I wiggle the battery case cover a bit or wiggle the button a little bit it jumps up to the normal speed and then sometimes I push the button and it doesn’t work at all. So I got a mixed review on the product when it works. It works fantastically well when it doesn’t well it doesn’t.
