Zulay has an amazing customer service and product warranty on their products. I purchased one at Home Goods but it malfunctioned after less than five uses, and was sent a replacement soon after. Response was within a day or less, even on a weekend evening! The replacement works great, and froths up milk and half & half perfectly in seconds. It has improved our morning coffee routine and look forward to other Zulay products henceforth! Thank you Zulay!

I ordered 3 o f the milk frothers. One of them had a metal piece break off in the battery compartment. I contacted the Zulay company and they sent out a free replacement very quickly. I love that it is lightweight and easy to store in the cabinet.
