Quality product! We had a $1500 machine before our Magia. Magia is worth 3 times our old machine at one-third the price! It is very user friendly, a "piece-of-cake" to operate, let's us know when it needs more water, more milk, and when it needs to be cleaned. It gives a ton of options as far as coffee presentations and permits each choice to be programed for temperature, strength, amount of milk, etc. . "Magical" Magia is like having your own barista!

My husband purchased this machine for me in July and I recently purchased one for my sister! We have a machine at my work that cost double and it's great but if there's not enough water in the tank, then you get what you get in your cup. It will only tell you to add water at a certain point and can't make the connection that there won't be enough based on the drink and ounces you selected. I love that this machine stops mid brew to tell you to add water. Also, the milk system cleans with water when you turn it on and off which is wonderful. I find this machine so easy to use and equally easy to clean. It's not the quietest as it does make some loud clicking sounds but once I realized it was normal, I got used to it. I no longer buy specialty coffee out because nothing tops mine at home! Cappuccinos are the highlight of my morning. I highly recommend this machine!

Great Machine with so many Yummy Options

I bought this Espresso Machine 1/29/25 and immediately started using it. So easy to put together and start using, everything was included. I use this machine multiple times a day. I LOVE the option to make the drinks hotter and I LOVE the cleaning the product does because I feel like it will make it last longer. I have NO complaints. It makes a YUMMY, FRESH tasting coffee every time.
