Ingredients To Make Pizza Dough At Home
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 1/4 cups COLD water
How to Make Pizza Dough
- Pour the 5 cups of all purpose flour to an Electric Stand Mixer or a big bowl
- Add the salt and yeast
- Whisk well (you can use you hands or a stand mixer)
- Add the COLD water, cup by cup, and mix it continuously until you get a fluffy consistency in your dough
- Cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes
