My first opinion was great worked very good unfortunately it started licking out the liquid in one week, I wrote to support and in 24 they send me a replacement's , however was very disappointing first impressions

The frother is great,very easy to use and clean. Very well built and should last a long time. Has different settings for thick or thin cream warm or hot. Customer service is the best I have ever dealt with!!

Very Frothy, but customer service was very responsive. Brother stopped working after about 8 months and they replaced with a new one I had to pay for shipping $6.50. It's very hard to clean as the milk gets crusty on the bottom. Also it's not very hot since I like it very hot for my coffee. Overall it's ok but has some setbacks. If they were to make a removable canister for cleaning purposes and make it hotter temperature it would be perfect.
