Avocado And Chocolate Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Pcs avocados
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup greek yogurt
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 200 gr chopped chocolate
PREPARATION
- Place the avocado, sugar, cream, yogurt, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and blend well until everything is well integrated.
- Add the chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula, transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze for 2 hours or until the ice cream is well frozen.
- With an ice cream scoop serve and enjoy!
