Our milk frothers take either AA or AAA batteries, depending on the model. Some are rechargable and come with a cable for charging. Had purchased the regular electric milk frother but couldn’t get the 2 batteries inserted. The compartment is too tight. The CS rep sent a replacement ( better model?) Milk Boss with stand.. batteries inserted easily. Froths well and looks pretty in my kitchen. I also received the very small travel size frother but haven’t tried it yet.. great friendly service!

I ordered this originally on Amazon and it was pretty good except the bottom part came off after a couple weeks. I emailed their customer service and they responded very quickly to get me a replacement which was wonderful. I’m just not sure if the power is what I’m looking for. I think this is very good for simple frothing situations only.

I love playing with my Zulay Kitchen Premium Milk Frother. It's main duty is blending spices into my golden milk! The cinnamon was always a challenge, but no longer! The milk frother does an excellent job of mixing it so it stays mixed. I also use it to froth milk, and sometimes cream, for my coffee. It's quick, thorough, and fun to use.

Sorry to report they have obviously cut corners or switched manufacturers. Last THREE I bought were awful, completely unbalanced nor have the power required to froth. They sent me one for free after complaining, which still says a-lot about the company. But they need to get their product issues resolved before I will buy another

The others are not as sturdy and effective. This does not mold, as the other have. The customer response to any issues is stellar. They make a great product because they care!! I have no complaints about its function or appearance. I will say that the plastic body feels a little light, and I don't think it would survive a hard fall onto a tile floor. I also wish it were waterproof. But for the price, it is a very functional tool, and buying from Zulay is a no-brainer for their warranty service.

It worked fine until I lightly dropped it. The frother broke open, and I saw that the attachment is held to the casing with a teeny, tiny pin that is very delicate. It’s very easy to break that bit, and once you do, the whole thing becomes useless.
