I purchased this frother on Amazon and had problems with it from the beginning as I think the button was not making a good connection to activate the frother. I received the lime green milk frother for Christmas Dec 2023. A few weeks ago, the blade stopped spinning. I contacted customer service, and they kindly sent me a replacement very quickly. For starters, this frother is wonderful! I love it! It's powerful and the stand makes it ever easy to store. Next, I would like to point out that Zulay's customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very pleasant and helpful. Top notch in my opinion and highly recommended.

Excellent quality and speed. I loved my first one but after 5 months it stopped working even after batteries were changed. This may have been a dud though as after I got my free replacement due to the life time warranty the new one is faster and feels more sturdy. Love it and i’ve tried other store brands and they don’t work as well.

Zulay was kind enough to send me a free replacement of the defective milk frother we have had for a few months in use. We do use it often about 5x per day to stir baby formula. Eventually, the motor doesn't become as strong despite fresh batteries and the button doesn't consistently work. Unfortunately, the replacement Zulay sent had the same issue within 3 weeks. We opted to purchase a rechargeable waterproof electric milk frother that has not failed yet and shows no signs of failure. We like the Zulay company, but this product just didn't work for us due to it not working for long.

I purchased two from Amazon. Love them and now all my kids have one and my cousin too. Then, one of mine quit working and the other was spinning slow despite new batteries. I called Zulay. They were very responsive and professional. They said they were out of black ones, but sent me new green ones. Problem is, the material on the handle is VERY sticky. Seems like a bad batch. I don't want to use them because they're so sticky to the touch and ew. I did let Zulay know about the issue. I've decided to purchase a new black one on Amazon. Other than this, I highly recommend.

I’m on my third one in the last two years. Motor starts out strong but it’s very weak in just mixing cream with instant coffee. Keep phone number to get replacements. Second time around you have to pay $6 shipping. Has a lot of potential, runs beautifully when not in milk. Lol!

The new one I received can't even mix water. I tried different brands of batteries and they all turn on but with no power at all. I may not have had any luck with this product, but on two occasions this product failed to meet my expectations.

This is the best milk frother and company on the planet! I use this frother to blend in my beef protein into a coffee multiple times a day and it does a wonderful job! So creamy and frothy! Powerful little mixer! Would definitely buy again! In my experience it’s the best one for the money that you can get. We use to mix up chocolate milk and mushroom coffee and things of that nature. Very powerful and makes short work of my Ryze coffee mixing. The first one I had lasted about a year. The frother + stand combo is the way to go! I originally just got a frother and somehow (even while storing the frother in the box) the whisk end became slightly misaligned. The stand has a small footprint and makes using your frother very convenient. The frother is strong and works well with matcha, protein powder, and lots of other powders in liquid.
