Broke after 2 uses

Got as a gift for Christmas- second use the slicing blade broke right off slicing a carrot. Customers service has been terrible to work with. Want to replace the slicing blade- no help at all.

I received this as a Christmas gift and it works great. I had to go try each set of blades of course.
All the blades worked great, clean up is easy, and the blades are all sharp. This grater is industrial strength, most of it is plastic with the exception of the blades
But, it is a great small/home kitchen cheese grater.

This is the handiest and most well made grater I have seen. It’s especially handy when you don’t need to use your food processor grater for larger items. I even used it with broccoli stems and it made a nice broccoli slaw.
