Would not recommend buying their machine refurbished. I heard great things about the machine but am unable to test for myself because I got the refurbished one and it came missing over 3 parts and was dirty and broken. All of the inside parts (brewer group, dust tray, and coffee waste container) were completely missing. On top of that, the milk tubes that came were both broken and sticky/dusty. I messaged customer service about the parts with no response. Will not be ordering any refurbished machines again.

Easy to use with the standard defined types, with the customization of each type you can fine tune the size, temp, and milk levels. The included special recipes give good ideas for unique flavored coffees. It does a great job creating all of the types programmed into the machine. Easy to clean milk system makes it quick to use and then store the milk in a refrigerator. I would recommend this for quick hands off creation of most custom coffees.

I am please to have a wonderful cup of cappuccino finally, without spending thousands of dollars. It was automated and easy to learn and maintain. I had a concern about the strength in of the espresso shot, it was easy to adjust.
I like to fiddle with stuff… this unit is amazingly built and looks great on my office kitchen counter. All my friends in thenoffice were surprised of the quality.
