    Doesn’t work properly. For some reason the batteries, no matter how many batteries you try, it doesn’t make a good connection. This is the 2nd frother I’ve used from them and the same thing happens. Sometimes it spins fast, sometimes it spins slows and sometimes it doesn’t spin at all.

    This little gadget has transformed our coffee drinking experience. Who would have thought that froth in coffee could give so much pleasure. I’ve bought one for my daughter and one for my best friend too. It comes in several colors and is amazingly powerful. We LOVE it!!!!!!!!

    Perfect for my morning coffee! To be honest, the first one I received did not work. I contacted Zulay and within minutes they responded. A few days later I had a new one at my doorstep and it works perfect. I love that it comes in fun colors and easily fits in a drawer.

    This thing is little but mighty! For the price point, I love how strong and quick it is. We use it many times every day. We do have to change the batteries quite often or it does become weak, but perhaps we buy crappy batteries. Very happy with customer service as well!

    The product and the customer service are both excellent. My first milk frother stopped working after approximately 4 years of use. Customer service was responsive and helpful and promptly sent a replacement frother at no cost (other than a small charge for shipping).

    Great product and great customer service. The first one they sent didn’t work correctly so I emailed customer service and they quickly sent a replacement. The replacement is great and works perfectly. I use it daily to mix my protein powder into my coffee.

    Purchased the frother 1 year ago. I used it daily and the motor recently stopped working. I contacted Zulay and they sent a new one AND a mini frother that works amazingly well. I did pay a $6 shipping fee- well worth it. Great company to deal with.

    Love this little frother

    I owned one of these for two years before it died. I bought a new one and it died in a few weeks. I contacted Zulay and they replaced it for me quickly. The frother works just like I expected it to. I will definitely order from this company again.

    Received my replacement and did the same as the one it's replacing the power button dosent shut off. It's a nice frother but the first one started not turning off and now the replacement one just new out of the box did the same so sad 😞

    Has great power for frothing especially with new batteries, easy to use and comes with lifetime warranty. My original frother broke about 2 months of use and Zulay sent me a replacement quickly after contacting them and letting them know.

    Love this frother! I’ve used Zulay for some time now. This most recent one unfortunately died after 6 months but Zulay was great at sending a replacement, plus they added an additional one free of cost. Their costumer service was great.

    Zulay milk frother is a powerful little thing. I use it daily to froth my coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Very easy to clean. Zulay customer service is top notch. I had a small problem and they quick to respond and get it resolved.

    Great frother - it's more powerful than a few other models we'd tried. Ours died a little after a year, but the manufacturer kindly replaced it for free (we didn't even have to pay shipping) despite it being out of warranty.

    Really great customer service. Incredibly strong frothing strength. I love making hot chocolate because the powder floats at the top. But with the milk boss it mixes all the powder in.

    9/10 times the button doesnt work to turn it on. You have to press the button in a different way each time for it to turn on and sometimes it will turn on and only spin at 20% speed.
