    Not confident this replacement frother will last!

    I'm not confident this replacement frother is going to last. When I first received it I put batteries in it and it just started running without even pushing the button... very strange. I wiggled it in the air and it would stop then start up again. It was randomly running on its own without pushing the button, I had to consistently wiggle it in the air for it to stop. By day two, it was working as expected, however the power is definitely not what the original one was like. I'll wait and see how quickly the batteries run out and make a decision on a replacement.

    Works great for about a month

    When I first got this item, it was amazing. The motor was very powerful and had no problem mixing up my collagen powder in my coffee or a glass of almond milk. Unfortunately, after about a month, the motor started to struggle to mix the same powder in my drinks. Even though there is a lifetime warranty, you still have to pay $6 for the shipping. That would have been fine, but within a month again, the new one’s power button works off and on. Not sure that it’s worth paying another $6 for a third replacement. Might look for a new manufacturer.

    Not worth your money

    This was sent to me as a replacement for the first one that didn’t work. This one doesn’t either. The battery compartment doesn’t close completely, which I believe is causing the batteries not to stay in place. I’ve tried several sets of new batteries. Very disappointed.

    Amazing customer service

    I contacted Zulay on New Year’s Day to ask about their lifetime guarantee on a prior purchase of my beloved Zulay milk frother. To my surprise, they answered the phone and provided me with instructions on a replacement. From there I had 2 other helpful customer service representatives engage with me via email until my order was complete. It is a terrific frother that I highly recommend. Zulay does stand behind their promise to replace it for free if it breaks. I only had to pay for shipping.

    The Zulay Milk Frother mixes well without causing splatter. It is easy and convenient to use. Be careful about getting the handle wet. It can cause rust in the battery area.

    Love this frother - our favorite kitchen tool.

    Love this frother! This has become the most-used gizmo in our kitchen. Use it for mixing tea with honey, frothing creamer for coffee, etc.etc. It's fast, batteries last a long time, the tilt of the power button at the top is just right for doing quick pulses or holding down for longer. Our first one died after a year, but Zulay replaced it under warranty (easy process). and it's inexpensive enough that I bought a 2nd as a spare. Great choice of colors, too.

    Stops working within the first week

    I first purchased this item from Amazon. It worked great for about a week, and then stopped working. I tried changing out the batteries, but still did not work. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent me a new one. I appreciated this. However, the new one they sent worked the first day, and then quit working also. I love this product when it works, but neither of the two I’ve had have worked longer than a week.

    Not the same quality as the original

    The finish on the replacement is of lesser quality than my original one. The finish feels sticky and gummy, definitely not as hard a finish as my original. I held both in my hands to compare. I still had my stand from the original frotherer so it was okay. However, I wasn't informed that they would be sending the new one without a stand. I could have easily thrown the stand away and would have been out of luck!

    Really like this frother. It's very good quality. The only 2 things I don't love are that you have to hold the button down the whole time & it sometimes splatters out a teeny tiny bit. It's an extremely small bit of spray so not a big deal, but I wouldn't wear a white shirt while making my coffee. I really wanted to give it 5 stars otherwise because customer service is fantastic! They were very helpful & nice.

    This is a dandy little kitchen tool with lots of uses. It froths milk to double its volume, and it makes an exquisite cup of matcha. It's not a stick blender, so don't use it that way - only use it to mix fine powders, don't run it more than a minute at a time, and use a light touch on the switch to make it last longer. The owners of this business stand 100% behind their product and are great to deal with.

    Excellent product even though my first one didn’t work properly. It went from working sometimes to not working at all. I replaced the batteries at least 3 times and still nothing. But after contacting customer service they were able to replace my unit and it works as it should. I didn’t think such a small frother would have this much power. Overall, service was amazing and the frother is a solid product.

    I enjoyed my frother for about a month. Worked awesome with our morning coffee and milk. But something happened and it stopped working. I contacted their support and they very quickly, without hassle, sent a new replacement product. The new one works perfect and I love using it every day.     Great size & simple to use!

    This is a functional and simple frother. I use it on a daily basis. I love the stand that it comes in. It sits nicely on my counter and doesn’t take up much space. My only criticism is that I’ve needed to request a replacement due to motor burn out. However, Zulay has been excellent about their lifetime warranty. I’ve received a new one efficiently and without question.

    Can’t live without it!

    We have had a Zulay frother for the last two years we cannot live without it. We use it for coffee and tea and it makes a coffee shop froth and mixes everything up so well. Especially when my tea grains and honey settle at the bottom, I just whip it all up again with the frother. The customer service is amazing too. They really stand by their product!!

    I got this product as a Christmas present and have been using it everyday since ! It works so well and really ups my at-home coffee game. No more over priced coffee stands for me ! After a few days it stopped working and the company sent me a new one right away. Communication was easy and it came fast. The replacement has been working great no issues

    I bought this and about a year later it slowed down and then stopped whipping. I loved it so much I decided to just purchase another because the price was so reasonable. When I went to replace I noticed it had a lifetime warranty. I called customer service and immediately was sent another. I am really impressed with this company and it’s product

    Great customer service! We had bought this milk frother a few months back. It had suddenly stopped working and after reaching out and performing the troubleshooting steps they provided without luck, they happily sent us a new one! We will see how much life we can get out of the new one but I do love their responsive and solid customer service.

    Im a heavy coffe drinker and I love my frother it change the way I drink coffe. My first frother broke down after a few weeks of use , I contacted Zulay kitchen whom sent me a free replacement.     Great customer service! I received a faulty Frother as a gift and reach out to Zuylay’s customer service. They answered quickly and helped walk me through my issues.     Lifetime warranty!

    I love the frother, but when I changed the batteries one of the electrodes broke off. I contacted the company and found out it is a family business. They told me it has a lifetime warranty and they would send a replacement out right away. I am so glad I purchased the frother from Zulay, and I would highly recommend them!!

    I love this frother. I use it for my protein shakes. I had my first one for a few years and just bought my 2nd one.     I purchased a milk frother through Amazon and shortly afterwards it started to just burn through batteries and immediately slowed down.     I bough this a month ago and for a small brother it has a powerful motor. I use it to mix ingredients in my coffee and tea and it works so well. I had trouble registering this product for the warranty and the customer service for this issue was phenomenal. They registered my product for me. Thank you!!!

    We love our frother, but in just a month it has been getting harder and harder to turn it on. This morning, I pushed on the button 4 times before it “fired up”. We had the same problem with our last frother, but it was almost a year before it became difficult to activate, even with new batteries in it.
