Your frother is the best I've tried and you should be proud of that. However, I've also found it a bit unreliable. The problem seems to be in the battery case. Several times it's stopped working right after I replace the batteries. I know by now that I can sometimes get it working again by reinserting the batteries or by pulling out the battery contacts but occasionally, I find I have to gently twist the entire handle to one side or the other and it will suddenly start working again. All of these problems seem to stem from a light flimsy handle that can't hold the batteries rigidly together. If you could find a way to beef up the battery compartment and eliminate these problems, you'd have a great product on your hands!

I received this product as a gift from my daughter Lisa. After about a month, the button where it starts to work wouldn't turn off. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I emailed them about my frother not working properly. They responded to me immediately. They sent me a new replacement at no charge. This was sent out almost immediately. I can say by far this is the best company that I have ever communicated with The absolute best customer service. Not only that, their product that I received works beautifully. They are going to be my go-to for my appliances. You won't be disappointed.

I received this as a gift. Called customer service immediately, concerning it failing to work. Trouble shooting with customer service with no success and told I needed the order number to resolve the problem. Since I received it as a house warming gift I did not have this information. I was told to contact the person giving the gift and retrieve the information. The call ended with no alternative at resolving the problem. Beware if this company that lacks the flexibility to help their customers.

Fantastic service and great products

I bought this about a month ago. The fist one I received was defective but Zulay was GREAT about replacing it. This one works fantastic! We use it to blend our powdered vitamins and even in water it brings them to a a bubbly froth. I’m very pleased and will explore other products. They even sent me a gift of a pocket frother for my troubles!! Excellent service!

The First Unit I got, the motor seemed very weak compared to the other one I had of the same brand name. I reached out to the company about the unit and the company made it right! They had a couple things for me to check and that did not fix the issue. After that they sent me a brand new unit and sent me a small free gift for the inconvenience.
