Customers have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return period if the product does not satisfy their needs; simply process the return in new condition and send it back online where the initial purchase was made.

For assistance feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist. Getting the product returned within the 30 days is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser, including the return shipping cost. Once the product is returned in new condition, a refund will be initiated minus a restocking fee of 20%. If the purchase was made outside of our website (zulaykitchen.com), please contact the seller directly for a refund.
