Hi, Left brewing on counter 2 many days & saw white mold floating in top. Dumped & soaked jug in 1:1Vinegar/H2O. How do I properly sanitize spigott? I have look all over for a pdf or 1 stop cleaning directions. I have gotten tidbits here & there. Do u have a link or pdf of cleaning instructions somewhere? Would be super helpful & happier Zulay customers :) Searching in comments, blogs, reviews is def not an efficient use of anyones time. The U so much. Luv ur products! Do you remove the stainless sleve once the coffee is brewed?

Is this borosilicate glass? Can you pour boiling water into it without causing it to shatter or crack?
Hi there, The cold brew coffee maker is made of shatter-resistant glass. We however recommended it to use lukewarm water to brew the coffee or tea.
