Nice but does not last and NO Warranty

Nice brother that lasted about a year; One of the reason I purchased it was because the unit had a lifetime warranty however, that is only true if you buy the product from Zulay or from Amazon. I bought the unit form TJMAXX and registered it on Zulay's site. When the brother finally failed I contacted Zulay and they are very nice however they would not honor the warranty due to the fact that is was not purchased from the 2 specific vendors. I am only waiting this review to inform any potential buyers that these are the stipulations of Zulay. Again nice product and nice customer service but NO lifetime warranty when not purchased from them or Amazon.

The motor stops working at times and the wand falls off when asked for a replacement yes they have a warranty but the new one sent is not from zulay it has a generic imitation name
