Exploded in my face.Scary Unhelpful part delivered

I wish I could leave a zero star. I bout this machine at $199 fir juicing for health issues. I juiced twice because it exploded in my face. I contacted Zulay's Kitchen and sent them details and pictures and videos. The agent i spoke with did not care to read my emails. She was dismissive and made me pay $7 for shipping for a part that is not even a part that this machine is adapted to. I am so disappointed and frustrated with their product and service.

1st juicer started started getting hot with smoke coming from the bottom. Replacement got hot and would not work
