Vegan Brownie Cake w/ Vegan Frosting
If you are on a strict diet then you should consider this Vegan Brownie Cake with Vegan Frosting! Eating chocolate without the guilt is the best.

INGREDIENTS
For the brownie cake:
- 1 C deglet noor dates - soaked in 1 1/3 C water
- 2 Tbsp nut butter of your choice (I used chocolate almond butter)
- 1 C GF oat flour
- 1/3 C cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 chunks of vegan baking dark chocolate
For the Vegan Frosting:
- 1/2 C deglet noor dates - soaked in 1/3 C almond milk
- 2 Tbsp nut butter of your choice (I used chocolate almond butter)
INSTRUCTIONS
For the brownie cake:
- Boil 1 1/3 C water and immerse your dates. Let soak for 20 minutes.
- Transfer your dates AND water into a food processor and blend until creamy.
- Add in the nut butter and blend.
- Add in the oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and sea salt. Blend thoroughly.
- Transfer brownie mixture into a non-stick springform (cheesecake) pan.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let cool before frosting.
For the Vegan Frosting:

Blend together your frosting ingredients and layer on top of your brownie cake.
